    Kale Chips

    These chips turn out honestly crispy. This is a great way to prepare kale if you don’t enjoy it raw.

    baked kale chips

    Ingredients:

    • 1 bunch kale (the curly stuff works too)
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Sea salt, to taste


    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 300°F

    1. Rinse and dry the kale, then remove the stems and center ribs
    2. Cut into large pieces, toss with olive oil in a bowl then sprinkle with salt
    3. Arrange leave in a single layer on a large baking sheet
    4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.
    5. Place baking sheet on a rack to cool.
    6. Enjoy!
